We only hold personal information that you provide to us such as your username and email address. As a member, any posts you make and images you upload are made public without moderation and thus will include any personal information you enter. We will also hold any correspondences you send to us by whatever means you send them (email, post).

We use your username, email address, and password to create and secure your account. Your IP address and that of all posts are recorded to aid in enforcing of rules on the forum. All posts you make or additional information you add to your profile is published on the forum. We do not pass your data on to any third party.

Who do we share this data with?

Other than the data you choose to make public your data is only shared with our server host (WebDesign MK) for the sole purpose of running the forum.

How do we keep your information safe?

New Modellers Ltd makes every effort to keep your personal information safe. Our computers are password protected, with fully updated virus and firewall protection. Our forum is hosted on secure https web pages.

You have the right to access your personal data that we hold about you and/or request us to rectify any errors in the data. If we are required by the law to fulfill the request we will supply the information free of charge. Before doing so we may request additional information and proof of identity.
